In this episode, we use the HackRF to monitor the packets being sent and attempt to decode any data from the buffer. We finally grasp how the FIFO buffer works and how the GDO2 is indicating that data is indeed in the buffer. Although we haven't transmitted to the diesel heater just yet, we're confident that it should be possible to program the ESP32 to interface with Home Assistant and control the heater this winter.
