Location: Benny's on the Beach
At approximately 2007 hours, officers were dispatched to Benny’s on the Beach in reference to a request for a verbal trespass warning to be issued. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the on-duty manager, who provided details regarding the situation involving a male patron who had not yet paid for his meal.
Officers then made contact with the individual in question. During the interaction, the subject became increasingly agitated and uncooperative. Despite officers’ attempts to de-escalate the situation, the individual ultimately lost his composure, resulting in the incident escalating further.
