This is a rando strat for climbing Gusty Gulch with Sushie Glitch, most likely obtained in Toad Town. Notably, unlike previous methods, there are no frame-perfect dives. Additionally, with clever use of cutscenes and saves/loads, much of this can be skipped or made easier in most scenarios, but this should be worst case scenario just to show that you can't softlock progression.
In the first room, the cutscene here will temporarily cancel Sushie Glitch if you haven't watched it yet. If you have boots, I'd recommend saving/reloading to fully cancel it, then proceed up the mountain as normal, or at least clearing the Stanley cutscene. Otherwise, simply swim around like shown.
In the second room, things are slightly trickier, but not too bad. Hold left as you enter, then dive as soon as you gain control. I'm not entirely sure how big the frame window is here, but holding left definitely makes it bigger than one. Hold left until you're past the back of the loading zone, then swim around to the top. If the Stanley cutscene hasn't been cleared, make sure to come up from above to about triggering it. Once you're up top, make sure to build up some momentum to the right before holding down/right to hit the loading zone in time. If the cutscene has already cleared, no need to be so careful.
For the third room, if you haven't cleared the Stanley cutscene, you only get one shot at this first dive or you'll softlock. Otherwise you can try as many times as you want. This loading zone isn't solid underneath like the previous one, so after holding left and diving with good timing, immediately switch to straight up while continuing to hold c-down for a full dive. Once you're up, dive again as soon as you're able, also with a small frame window. From here you can encounter the Cleft to gain normal movement, and if you're jumpless encounter again like I do so you get Clippy and can wiggle the analog stick to climb the ledge.
In the final room, do the same dive inputs as the previous room. If you fail it, you'll be pushed back down the mountain and will need to encounter an enemy again to get back up. Note on my way up I have to go back in bounds once to gain enough height to reach the enemy. Once you get there, you can either cancel Sushie Glitch by swapping partners, or you can keep it if the loading zone leads somewhere other than Tubba's Castle and you want to take it there.
