To full clear Tubba's Castle in rando, you'll need Bombette, Parakarry, at least Super Boots, three Castle Keys, and Speedy Spin. Despite what logic says, you do not need Bow on the top floors. The route also works if you have 1 or 2 keys, but you just have to stop once you get to locks you can't open.
For the Sentinels, just make sure to stay to the sides of walls and never spin directly underneath of them. Pay attention to their shadow; go around them and make them catch up to you.
Saving the D-Down Jump check for later is ideal because you need to take the shortcut back up anyway. If you don't need the item, you can skip falling back down for it.
The spike room isn't too bad, but you might need to practice it a little. Just copy the movement and make sure to remember the early jump at the end.
For Tubba, just spin along the top. As long as your movement isn't awful you don't even really need to worry about him at all.
In the room with all the Clubbas, I walk up a little on the platform before spinning along the bottom on the way back to draw them away and make sure I have enough room to get by them. It's not necessary, but it makes it a little easier.
The rest is pretty self-explanatory I think. Just copy the movement and you should be good!
