Just LZS to below the 3rd and final light fixture and hold down. In a rando setting, using this combined with Gusty Gulch Gap Skip, you can almost fully clear Gusty Gulch and Tubba's Mansion without Parakarry. The only other check is D-Down Jump, but you can at least still see what that is.
