Upon hearing Love the Subhuman Self for the first time. I could have sworn it was my good friend Lollia singing it in the original, so I knew that if I were ever to cover it, I HAD to get her. When I told people I was covering this song, it was funny because a lot of people were taken aback because of how difficult this song sounds from the beginning. Having done so many songs over the years that AREN'T arranged for guitar, I actually really look forward to songs like this because it puts me much more in home field.

Having only a handful of lead guitars, I spent the majority of the time trying to get my guitars to sound beefier, but all while trying to keep Lollia the center of attention with the occasional scream of "The Bee's Knees" to poke through. It's made me realize how weird making video game covers has made my mixing habits. I hope someday I can really spend sometime on changing up my mixing game but I'd probably have to take a break from weekly covers.

I can't believe it's already November. I've gone this entire year so far without missing a cover and I'm very proud of that and hope you've been enjoying all the work I've put in thus far. Thank you so much for listening!
