We are visiting Guanajuato, Mexico for five weeks. It’s an incredibly beautiful city situated in a narrow valley with colorful houses lining the hillsides. The best way to see Guanajuato is on foot, in fact, much of the city is inaccessible by car. Many of the neighborhoods are a warren of narrow alleyways that make exploring fun and challenging. Guanajuato is one of the most culturally diverse cities we’ve explored in Mexico, and it attracts many international visitors.
