The Guam International Airport Authority is in a severe fiscal crisis, now in need of a $27 million dollar bailout. The airport was initially seeking some $17.6 million, but now GIAA leaders say they need some $10 million more to prevent airlines from increasing the cost of flights and or worse, potentially leaving Guam.
