In this Video, I show how to obtain the FP/EC Light Orange Bobcat Bumpers from the mission "Shakedown" with Mission Failure as it's the only way to get it. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as showing the FP Property.
All you need is a gun to kill Marty and fail the mission. You don't need a Sniper Rifle for it, but is the fastest and easy for it. Just make sure to kill Marty inside the garage, so the Bobcat doesn't disappear.
