In this Video, I show how to obtain the EC Quad from the mission "When Funday comes" with Mission Pass. After I obtain it, I reload the Save to show that it's still there.
Unlike the other Quads, this one is just EC. You use it during the race, and is allowed to keep it after passing the mission.
