In this Video, I show how to obtain the EC Yellow Green Streetfighter from the mission "Conduct Unbecoming" with Mission Pass. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still in the garage.
All you have to do is take the bike and use it all the way during the mission. Leave it outside Fort Baxter and go on-foot into the marker. The bike should be waiting for you outside the base. Complete the mission and store it in the garage. Simple as that.
