In this video, I show how to get your hands on an FIB truck found in "The Big Score (Obvious)". After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
This truck exists in MANY missions. So expect to see quite a few of those on my channel.
It is easy to get in pretty much any mission. Actually easier than it might be in free roam. The Big Score isn't a very good place to get one from, though. You need to pass this mission up to that point and then fail the mission, so it is not the quickest and also not the easiest way. If you want the challenge though, then you may get it from there.
If you value special vehicles, then the only FIB truck you should save is one in The Jewel Store Job with bullet proof tires (PP). This is superior over any other FIB found in the game.
