In this video, I show how to obtain EP (BADDEST) "Civilian" Bravado Bison from Downtown Cab Co. property mission "Follow Car". After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
You don't HAVE TO use Towtruck and another character to get it. I showed method which works for EVERYONE, but I could've also used snapmatic or door blocking to get inside in earlier versions.
Taxi property missions need a full WEEK between them to appear again. So remember to advance a lot of time if you want ALL vehicles from them.
Just start the mission with Bison and hope that more Bisons appear in traffic if you care to get different colors.
