Special vehicle is a vehicle which can not be obtained/recreated after 100% completion of the game, which means it must be stored during the story from a specific mission.

The five Cognoscenti Cabrios are EC2/EL due to their invisible secondary color and a special luster. These special Cognoscenti Cabrios have these colors: Metallic Black Steal (or Black Steel) (with Metallic Graphite Black (or Graphite) EC2) with Worn Silver luster, Metallic Shadow Silver (with Metallic Graphite Black (or Graphite) EC2) with Util Silver luster, Metallic Dark Green (same color for EC2) with Worn Dark Green luster, Metallic Saxony Blue (or Saxon Blue) (same color for EC2) with Util Maui Blue Poly luster, Metallic Pueblo Beige (or Feltzer Brown) (same color for EC2) with Metallic Champagne luster.
The six EC2 Cognoscenti Cabrios have these EC2's (invisible secondary): Metallic Steel Gray (or Rolled Steel), Metallic Shadow Silver, Metallic Graceful Red, Matte Red, Metallic Orange, Worn Blue.
Note that the Metallic Graphite Black EC2 Cognoscenti Cabrio is inferior, since one EC2/EL one covers the same EC2.
One Cognoscenti Cabrio is EL only and its colors are Metallic Black (same color for secondary) with Util Silver luster.
Metallic Olive Green Cognoscenti is just EC2 (same color for EC2) since its luster, Worn Green, gets always added on your vehicle if you paint it Olive Green in the mod shop.
Above the version 1.00, the only difference is that the Cognoscenti Cabrio with Util Sea Foam Blue luster doesn't have a EC2 Secondary, it's the same color but it lost its EC2 value due to changed shop defaults, but since its luster is still EL, it's still considered just an EL Vehicle.
There are two Cognoscenti Cabrio's which are NOT SPECIAL: Matte Black (with Metallic Black secondary) with Metallic Dark Silver (or Dark Steel) luster, and Metallic Silver (Metallic Black secondary) with Metallic White (or Ice White) luster.
All of the Cognoscenti Cabrios in the mission have a traffic color.
