It is quite easy to do, just requires some understanding on how the update system works in GTA 5.

EDIT: Looks like that was fixed in a new patch by Yoda4P if you are using Mega Realistic Car Pack 3.2 or higher. Thanks.

Not all cars can be found inside the update.rpf global.gxt2
To find the other cars check the gta wiki to find out in which DLC the car was added and then open the corresponding PATH from the list below.
