Installation:
1. Run OpenIV
2. Navigate to: updatex64dlcpackspatchday3ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf
2. Back up the existing Sultan files, if you havent already
3. Replace sultan.yft, sultan_hi.yft and sultan.ytd
4. Close OpenIV
