I think I have figured out an partial fix for the "out of memory" error for the people using Mega Realistic Car Pack (get it here if you haven't already: youtube.com/watch?v=ZV6hMOemTw4

Installing World of Variety mod makes the game load not only default cars but also DLC cars. That makes the game load less of the same models, I believe that was causing the error last time. Download here: gta5-mods.com/misc/world-of-variety

With this my game hasn't crashed yet. This is a partial fix, so it might and crash for other people because a lot of depends on the system setup too.
