This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
Before you begin, you will need to gamble in the Casino to raise the Gambling Skill Stat by ONE Level. After, just bet some more money and have about NEGATIVE (-) $500. When you walk out of the Casino, CJ will get TWO Phone Calls. The SECOND Call is when the Vincent will show up.
You can obtain this in the beginning of the game at the expense of breaking your Save File. By obtaining it too early on, will prevent a Phone Call given to CJ, thus not allowing him to progress in the Story any further. Why anyone wants to obtain Special Vehicles so early on in the game when there is limited storage space is beyond me. Wait until Las Venturas. All storage space in the game available by then and no broken Save File. See how easy that was? Don't be dumb and stubborn.
If you have this EC/EC2 Vincent, then, the EC2 Black Vincent from "Home Coming" is completely inferior since THIS Vincent has the same EC2 Black, PLUS the EC of Twilight Blue Poly. Though, obtaining this SUPERIOR Vincent will effect your Stats with Gambling Wins/Losses and your Biggest/Smallest Payouts.
The EC2 on this Vincent can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Vincent.
