00:00 - Putting the Top Fun Van on the Beach where it should spawn for the "RC Bandit Race" and leaving it in memory
02:30 - OM0 (On Mission = 0) Setup with Vigilante and a Save Icon
03:10 - Grabbing a Rampage Icon and then canceling Vigilante
04:20 - Beginning "RC Bandit Race" with about 40 seconds remaining on the Rampage Timer
04:30 - Parking the RC Bandit against the wall in the general location shown in the Video and allowing the Rampage to fail
05:15 - After the Race begins again, I drive the second RC Bandit into the water to fail the Mission
05:30 - Using the Top Fun Van to block the other side of the RC Bandit's door off before teleporting into the RC Bandit
06:45 - Successfully teleporting into the RC Bandit
07:30 - Successfully teleporting out of the RC Bandit back at the Leaf Links Safehouse
08:15 - Showing off the Unique/EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Midnight Blue and White RC Bandit
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, and Android (not Version 1.10 and not iOS) since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. This also works on Definitive Edition, too, but after obtaining the RC Bandit and saving/reloading, it'll be converted into a Traffic Default Colored RC Bandit and will NOT be EC/EC2 anymore! The only way to retain the EC/EC2 Midnight Blue and White Colors is by unmarking the RC Bandit with using "The Party" and driving it into the Pink Marker at the dock. After, you also HAVE TO store it inside of a Garage, too. The reason why it doesn't work on Android Version 1.10 or iOS is because after saving and reloading, it'll vanish! To keep it on Android Version 1.10 or iOS, you must actually store it inside of a Garage! Save the game, reload your Save, and go to the Garage and open it TWICE. It's been confirmed that by doing this, you've now created a Unique/EP/EC/EC2 Black RC Bandit as a Trophy!

This Method leaves PERMANENT BLIPS on your Radar! There's a way to obtain it without permanent Blips, but it'll vary from Platform to Platform and Version to Version. In fact, the Method is no different. The problem is you have to do a SETUP beforehand and place X number of permanent Blips on your Radar. Because you've done this, NO Blips can be created upon starting "RC Bandit Race" and after obtaining the RC Bandit, you can go to the created Blips you made from the Setup and get rid of them. In the end, it's a nuisance to do such Setup and isn't even worth it in the end if you ask me.
Unfortunately, the Top Fun Van DOES NOT spawn on the Beach when playing on PS2 (also counts Digital PS3 and PS4). It spawns on ALL OTHER Platforms and Versions, though, and because of that, you can skip the extra step I show in this Video since you'll have one parked on the Beach already.
It's advised to hold off with obtaining this RC Bandit as long as possible! For instance, I heard reports of the RC Bandit actually vanishing on people when they would cross Islands and come back later on! This is why when going to 100% and wanting this RC Bandit, you should do EVERYTHING possible for 100% except for "Keep Your Friends Close..." and the Rampage. After passing the final Mission and Rampage and reaching 100%, just save the game at the Safehouse, right next to the Marked RC Bandit! Your chances of losing it will be slim to none at this point!
The RC Bandit does NOT count as a Vehicle by a Garage and it's Marked. This is why it remains anywhere on your Map, even after saving/reloading as well as allowing you to enter as many other Vehicles in the process.
You absolutely MUST teleport IN and OUT of the RC Bandit to prevent the game from crashing, unless you play on the Definitive Edition. Opening/Closing door aminations will NOT crash the game when playing on the Definitive Edition, but you STILL NEED TO teleport into the RC Bandit the very first initial time for Tommy to enter it. Once he enters it, you can casually exit it, anywhere, anytime.
DO NOT PRESS the button to shoot a Weapon UNTIL Tommy has teleported into the RC Bandit! Doing this before teleporting into the RC Bandit will result in the game to crash!
Before going about obtaining this RC Bandit, you should have already passed the "RC Bandit Race" as well as Vigilante Level 12. If both are passed beforehand, you will NOT get any Mission Attempts added to the Stats.
