If you installed the latest patch for Android or iOS, you'll be able to obtain these three vehicles and the EC Nebulas using the Soda Machine. If you don't have the latest patch, you'll need to use a controller.
The latest patch allows you to exit the BF-400, if you stood in front of the Soda Machine while BS was finishing off the rest of the enemies. On the remastered versions, the health of the BF-400 is increased, so I needed to use the pause/resume trick while the enemies on BF-400s, to reduce the health faster.
Reduce the health as much as you can before the Terminator cutscene begins, so the BF-400 blows up some time after it. The Packer will be stored in the LS Impound and once you unlock the Verdant Meadows Airstrip, you may choose to transfer it to the hangar or leave it.
