This is challenging to obtain because in order to keep the mission going, you need to constantly look towards the location where the Fire Truck is. You need to get to the bomb shop to arm the Feltzer, which'll be used to softlock the mission.
Use the route that I used, so you'll have a shorter distance to the bomb shop, while looking towards the location of Fire Truck. The PC version is so much easier, since you can lock into place where you are looking.
Activate the bomb when the Sweet's Grip bar shows. Catch him before the bomb detonates and bail from the car. You'll need the parachute to destroy the Fire Truck and have available slot in the hangar. Once the Fire Truck is destroyed, you'll need CJ to die, since that's the only way to fail the mission.
