This video will help you obtain the AP Mothership. You will have to waste CJ though. Steal the jetpack and on PC and Console versions, use a soda machine to exit the jetpack. On mobile, you can already do that. Push the Mothership to a garage and destroy it with the parachute and waste CJ. Go back to garage to check it.
