You'll need the Sawn-off Shotgun to shoot the Greenwood back to Grove Street. You'll also need the Parachute to blow up the Greenwood. You'll need to take the Greenwood to a garage during the riot, so it's more challenging than other vehicles that need the Sawn-off Shotgun.
Cops spawn often during the riot, so you'll be delayed quite alot. You can temporarily disable wanted levels, if a gang war is taking place, so if you haven't taken 100% control of territories, that'll help. Be careful of random pedestrians who carry guns, since they can target you.
Taking the Greenwood down the stairs and to the broken fence so you can go along the freeway, saves both time and your health/armour. If you wanted, you can obtain this, along with the Unique/BP/FP S.W.A.T.
