This is another method for obtaining the Players Bandit, and this is the only method to work on the Mobile. Compared to PSP and PS2 method, it is much harder since you will be spending time on Staunton Island. After you temporarily obtained the RC Bandit, you need to glitch it to Portland Island.

You need some requirements: Ho Selecta, Sals' mission passed and A Volatile Situation, JD O'toole mission available to unmark the Bandit.
