You'll need the Sawn-off Shotgun with enough ammo to shoot the Glendale to the Verdant Bluffs Safehouse garage. After you fail the mission, the properties will be kept, so no need for the Parachute for this vehicle.

Nothing can move the Glendale except for the Sawn-off Shotgun pellets. Careful of Aztecas shooting you and Police from gaining attention.
