Welcome to another video on this guide. The next vehicles I'll be obtaining are the BP (Bullet-Proof) Barracks OL, then later on adding DP (Damage-Proof) with the car crusher, as well as the Rhino, so you can get the Emergency Vehicle export list without getting a 6 star wanted level, or for a trick to add a special bomb to the Rhino. These are obtained from Rays' mission "Arms Shortage" with a mission pass. You go to meet up with Phil Cassidy at his lockup and the vehicles will be here. You can avoid the marker, push the Rhino against the container and use whatever vehicle you used as transport, to block the passenger side door, to teleport in. I went in the marker immediately however, so cartel will spawn shortly during this setup. Enter the Rhino and move it so you can leave the door open when you exit it.
Take out the cartel and you'll be told to talk to Phil, which you can now take the Rhino to the Staunton garage. Pass the mission by talking to Phil and take the Barracks OL. Only the Rhino had locked doors, which requires teleporting into it, except the Barracks OL which can be entered at any time. This also can be stored at the Staunton garage.
As usual, I'll use the Taxi Driver method to convert the Barracks OL into ghost form and taking it to the Staunton Island garage. This can only be done on PS2, Xbox and PC, since these allow you to activate Taxi Driver in any vehicle. OG Mobile and all Definitive Edition platforms work differently. The Taxi Driver method won't work for these, so for OG Mobile, if you have access to Android version 1.6 of GTA III, you can use thieves. Newer versions won't allow thieves, so mission scripted passengers are the only working method. Definitive Edition will require the game versions 1.02 or below in order for mission scripted passengers or thieves to work. Rockstar released 1.03 patch that fixed the car Crusher trick entirely.
