Make sure you prepare for this by passing all missions that are available before the C.R.A.S.H mission 'Burning Desire' where you meet Denise. Once you pass that mission, she'll be your girlfriend and if you don't date her, the progress bar will deplete, but if you date her to make progress with her, the Two-time event will be removed, so after this mission, pass missions quickly and unlock San Fierro ASAP.
You will need a Towtruck, so bring one for the date, as it will be used to collect the Romero. Make sure that the jealous girlfriend doesn't get too close, but also make sure not to lose her.
