This is a method on how to obtain the Unique Helicopter, the LCPD Maverick. The issue is that your game crashes every time you open the garage that contains the Unique Maverick. This isn't the case for the PSP Emulator, since it behaves differently. It crashes on PS2 aswell.

I've heard it doesn't crash for real PSP, but evidence is recommended to prove this. This is very similar to how you obtain the Unique Ghost in GTA III, when you open the garage, game crashes. This isn't the case for PCSX2 or PS4.
