This AP Buffalo is nice but there's a better one. The other one is AP/EC2 Black, from the mission High Noon, though it's only better by a bit, since the EC2 is invisible. You'll need a tractor for this and don't worry, the tractor is fast enough to get to the Emerald Isle Carpark.
