Here's my sub 10 minute run of the Casino Heist on Hard for the Career Progress Tier 3 Challenege - I hope, if you're watching this as reference for doing it yourself, that you find use in it.

Here are my 6 points of advice if you intend on going for this challenge:

1. Do NOT rely on Randoms.
This requires everyone on the team playing under the mindset of specifically doing this challenge.

2. Resign yourself to this being a waste of a Casino Heist.
You must leave the Vault with at least $150,000. Every second you spend in the vault after hitting $150k is a second you lose for your getaway to the Buyer.

3. Sell to a Low-Level Buyer.
Low Levels will spawn in one of 3 locations within the city of Los Santos - closest to the Casino, saving you time.

4. Hire the Decoy.
I actually recommend not trying to go for the Chopper and instead just go for the getaway vehicles - since the Decoy distracts the police, depending on where you're going, this can practically clear the way so you never come across a cop car. Speaking of which...

5. Upgrade the Getaway Vehicles.
After sourcing your Vehicles, enter them within your Arcade prior to starting the Finale and purchase the Level 3 upgrade for Turbo & Bulletproof Tires. You're only going to South LS, an upgraded getaway vehicle will save you the hassle of climbing onto the Police Station, then dodging Helicopters.

6. Optional Preps, just as usual...
Destroying all 10 Duggan Shipments & Level 2 Security Passes are essential for ANY run of the Casino Heist, along with Reinforced Armour exclusive to Aggressive. Even moreso when it comes to blasting through enemies with no intention on playing defensively.
