All missions are presented without cut footage - all "downtime" is timelapsed. The Career Progress does not list requiring to complete all 14 individual preps in order to complete this challenge - just 14 in total. Completing all 14 will provide the perfect number to complete this task without spending more than necessary on Setup Costs.
For added challenge, entertainment and because I wanted to, I've limited myself to Loadout Challenges themed after each Doomsday Act. There will be more of these videos in the future, so be sure to Subscribe if you're looking to unlock those Tier 4 Rewards.
