On the occasion of the Gallery Weekend Berlin, MONA productions filmed the group exhibition ‘Othering’ for Dittrich & Schlechtriem. This meditative walk-through of the gallery’s current show takes us closer to its central topic and to each of the artworks on display.
The exhibition, curated by Jonas Wendelin, features artworks by ten artists: Yalda Afsah, Julian Charrière, Albrecht Dürer, Francisco de Goya, Andreas Greiner, Jenna Sutela, Analisa Teachworth, Jol Thoms, Sung Tieu and Jonas Wendelin. It explores othering not only as a violent process that leads to social exclusion, but also as a precondition to relate to each other.
