☐ Pre-rolled pork meatballs
☐ salt/pepper
☐ garlic powder
☐ italian seasoning
☐ mozzarella pearls (halved)
☐ black olive slices
BLEND:
☐ 1/2 onion (chopped and caramalized)
☐ 4 garlic cloves (sauteed)
☐ 1 bush cilantro
☐ 3 slices jalapeno
☐ 5 tomatillos (cooked in water fork tender)
☐ 4 poblano peppers (roasted/skin removed)
☐ 2 tsp italian seasoning
☐ 1 Tbsp chicken boullion
☐ 1 cup water
SAUCE:
☐ 2 Tbsp olive oil
☐ green blended sauce
☐ 1 cup pasta water
☐ 1 cup heavy cream
☐ salt/pepper
☐ 4 oz. shredded mozarella
☐ Spaghetti (cooked al dente)
☐ *top with grated parmesan
