Today I'm sharing an easy and delicious Lasagna Soup recipe that's perfect for cozy nights or family gatherings. This meal combines all the classic flavors of lasagna in a comforting soup that's ready in about 30 minutes.

☐ 2 Tbsp Avocado oil
☐ 1 small onion (diced)

☐ 1/2 - 1 Lbs. Ground Mild Italian Sausage
☐ 1/2 - 1 Lbs. Ground Beef
☐ 4 Minced Garlic Cloves
☐ 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
☐ 1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary
☐ 3 Fresh Basil leaves
☐ 1 Tsp Oregano
☐ 1/2 Tbsp sea salt
☐ 4 Tbsp Tomato Paste
☐ 1 (14.5 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
☐ 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
☐ 6 Cups Beef Broth
☐ 2 Tbsp Sugar
☐ Pepper to taste
☐ Lasagna Noodles (bite size)

CHEESE TOPPING MIXTURE:
☐ 3 Spoonfuls Ricotta cheese
☐ 3 Spoonfuls grated parmesan
☐ 3 Spoonfuls grated or shredded mozzarella

☐ *Garnish with chopped parsley
