☐ 1/2 roma tomatoes (deseeded/diced)
☐ 1 minced garlic clove
☐ 1/2 - 1 deseeded jalapeno (diced)
☐ 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
☐ 1/2 tsp salt / pepper to taste
☐ 1 tsp cumin
☐ 1/2 tsp oregano
☐ 1/2 - 3/4 lime (squeezed)
