(Modified) Old Pal
30ml (1 oz) rye (tipxy.com/products/zamora-yellow-rose-rye)
30ml (1 oz) Campari (tipxy.com/products/campari-aperitivo)
20ml (⅔ oz) dry vermouth (tipxy.com/products/dolin-vermouth-de-chambery-dry-france)
5 - 10ml (⅙ - ⅓ oz) sweet vermouth (tipxy.com/products/hotel-starlino-vermouth?variant=42935277781231)
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: lemon twist
Add all of your ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled glass. Fold your twist over the top to expel the oils and garnish.
