If you like tropical rum drinks give this a try! Thanks for the inspiration Michael and Lizzie and I hope married life is treating you well :)
The Epithalamium:
20ml spiced rum
20ml amaretto
20ml amaro
30ml pineapple cordial
30ml lemon juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake with lots of ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of baby’s breath.
