I LOVE tamarind for a kick of acid, sweetness and a hint of funk - all things that play perfectly in a margarita!
Tamarind Margarita:
50ml (1 2/3 oz) blanco tequila
20ml (2/3 oz) orange liqueur
20ml (2/3 oz) lime juice
1 1/2 heaped barspoons tamarind paste
