Gun Runners: Phil tips Tommy off about some fire power. The mission is steal the guns from the supplier.

- I find it fitting my first side mission (not fully tied to the main story) is with Phil Cassidy, mainly due to the fact I'm a fan of Gary Busey (he's nuts lol!)

- Mission gets hectic after the first knock off, so make sure the Uzi has LOTS of ammo (at least minimum 300). The best way to beat the mission is LOTS of drive-byes and exiting the car to grab the guns when the coast is clear only to quickly go back in

- Odds are extremely high more than one car will be used for this mission. Try to stay with a pickup truck (or Phil's hummer) as cars don't have good armor

- My 'Winning Fail' is located at the end of this mission :)
