Messing with The Man: Big Mitch wants Tommy to take out his anger all over Vice City. That's the mission

- The goal of this mission is destroy anything and everything that you see to fill up the Rage Meter until it's full. So full health & armor will be needed, along with either the M60, Minigun (preferred if aim is good), or RPG. All up to the player. Having Molotov Cocktails also comes in handy for this mission

- Try to pile up as much traffic as possible BEFORE starting this mission.

- Odds are incredibly high this mission will end with a Wanted level of 6 Stars. Fortunately Pay N Spray is nearby so make sure to have a getaway car ready at the end of the mission or death will be certain
