I won Barrel Batter (difficult). I won Chain Chomp Sprint (very highly random). I won Wall Ball (OK this one is very easy). I won Piranha Panic (this one is also very easy).

Then it was time for Star Dash. I had an overall pretty good game going- not an overwhelming lead, but a solid 1st place finish set up.

Mario got the star.

I tried to run.

I almost got away.

And *literally at the last second*, he hit me, knocking me down to third place.

AND THEN I WON BOB-OMB DERBY AFTERWARDS.

If those last few seconds had gone just a little bit differently, I would have gotten it. Grand Prix 70. On the one hand, it stinks to miss it by that much. On the other hand, clearly I can do this, and I will. ;)
