My current Gradius PB on the Origins Collection for Switch. Ranked #4 on the online leaderboard.

Gradius is the series that brought me into the shmup genre, specifically the Life Force port on the NES. I never really gave the first arcade game a serious effort back in the day so I'm back with a new score, one that I can't save I'm totally happy with but will do for now.
Coming back to the Gradius games through this collection is like a home coming of sorts, one that was long overdue and I plan on revisiting more of them in the future.
