My first clear of the hardest Type B mode for Game Boy Tetris, level 19 Height 5. The game calls this Level 9♡ (Heart) instead of 19 for some reason, but it is exactly the same as level 19 speed in the normal game.
In order to access the "Heart levels" you press Down+Start at the title screen.
