Number Six says the position taken by EU ministers in Tuesday's emergency meeting on the Ceuta migration crisis has vindicated the position taken by the Chief Minister.
The EU backed Spain's handling of the crisis, while agreeing on the need to strengthen the bloc's external borders.
Asked for comment by GBC, the Government says an investigation is needed into the incident, with over a hundred people having died just 15 nautical miles away from Gibraltar.
