The Chamber of Commerce says it has raised businesses' concerns about the new treaty arrangements with Government, after members reported delays getting goods into Gibraltar.
The Chamber met Government officials this week to discuss the problems and put forward suggestions to improve the flow of goods across the frontier.
Chamber President John Isola says that while there have been signs of progress since last week, businesses are still dealing with backlogs caused by new customs procedures, IT problems and delays on the Spanish side of the border.
He told our reporter Kevin Ruiz that if those problems continue into next week, businesses will expect contingency measures to be considered.
