I used the "photo every 2 seconds" feature of the GoPro HD to document Allison and my bicycle ride to and along the beach. The ride was about 10 miles heading north through Redondo, Hermosa, Manhattan and Dockweiler beaches. The total real time duration of about an hour is compressed into 1 minute.
