This is the view I had of Allison's Ledge Swing and what a view it was. Before taking the plunge we spoke to the photographer who has done both the bungy jump and ledge swing hundreds of times. He said the ledge swing actually provides more of a thrill so we chose that over the bungy jump. We were not disappointed. Initially the swing rope is slack so you get to experience a significant free fall drop before the rope becomes taught and you start the swing. It was a thrill of a lifetime. Note Allison comes very close to screaming a non-Girlscout-safe word mid swing.
