A few hours after arriving at Keflavik Airport in Iceland, a bus picked us up and brought us to the amazing Blue Lagoon geothermal spa! The goopy white stuff is some sort of silica mixture that condenses out of the water (it's also what gives the water its milky blue color), and is supposed to be good for your skin.
