This is the start of a new leg of the trip! Agent M left for Baltimore, while my mom and I went on to Austria via train. Specifically, we stayed in the small, sleepy town of Obertraun, which is across the lake from the semi-tourist-trap-ish, but very beautiful, lakeside town of Hallstatt.

HOT TIP: If you want to visit Hallstatt, it's much less expensive to stay in Obertraun, and also much less crowded. Lodging was less than 1/4 the price of anything in Hallstatt, and it only took 15 minutes to get around the lake by bus or train and boat.
