This is the record setting Goliath roller coaster at Six Flags Great America. It was designed by Alan Schilke and built by Rock Mountain Construction (RMC). This coaster is the tallest at 165 feet with a 180 foot drop, fastest at 72 mph, and steepest at 85 degrees "wooden" roller coaster in the world. It opened here on June 6, 2014 on the former site of the Iron Wolf roller coaster that was moved to Six Flags America near Washington DC. This coaster is an air time machine with lots of air time on the first drop and on the inverted zero-g stall hill. This coaster also has two inversions with the zero-g stall and a dive loop.
